Q: When is my order processed?
A: All orders paid on-line are usually processed with 1 to 3 days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday except holidays.

All orders paid by check will normally be processed within 1 to 3 days after the payment has cleared. Orders clearing on Friday will be processed the following Monday except holidays.

Q: How long will it take to get my order after my payment has cleared?
A: Goods will be shipped as soon as possible. Your order normally will be posted within 1 to 3 working days. It could take up to 10 days to arrive to some parts of Australia. For international buyer it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

This also depends on if you have chosen Regular post (Road service for parcels weighing up to 20kg throughout Australia) or Express Post (Guaranteed next business day delivery for parcels up to 20kg delivered within the Express Post Network) Please contact us to find out more.

A: Goods are sent by Australia Post.

Q: How much is charged for shipping and handling?
A: The shipping charge depends upon the size, weight and destination of goods sent. We will always look for the quality cheap postage to send you your order. At the moment within Australia we have worked it out as an average cost of what Australia Post charges for all states for each kg ordered and over seas it is a world wide charge per kg. We will be changing this in the future to a state by state charge per kg and a zone by zone charge per kg.

All Postage is prices by weight.
The cost to the customer for postage is:

Regular Post - If your order is under 500g it will cost you $5.30 anywhere in Australia. If your order is between 500g – 20 kg, it will cost $9 - $41.

Express Post - If your order is under 500g it will cost you $7.40 anywhere in Australia. If your order is between 500g – 20 kg, it will cost $10 - $148.

Over Seas Orders – Your order is sent by plane by Australia Post (International Regular Post – Air) and is charged by weight up to 20 kg, from $10 - $371 depending on destination.

Handling – The cost is 10 % of order value.
