Guarantee
Foxys Jewellery endeavors to supply quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. The Company operates a 10-day No quibble Guarantee from the date of dispatch. If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us following the requirements listed in our Return and Replace Policies. If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition, you will be offered a [#] refund or a Credit Note for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time over the following 6 months.
Damaged Goods in Transit
Please contact us immediately on sales@foxysjewellery.com. If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 7 days and pay all freight costs. If the item is no longer in stock we will refund you the cost or give you a voucher so you can choose something else to your liking. See returns / refunds for more information.
Returns
The vast majority of our customers are delighted with their purchases, however, should you decide to return your merchandise for any reason, and we will cheerfully issue you a full refund minus shipping charges providing the following conditions are met:
♥ Return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after notification of intent to return, using the same or similar shipping method. The Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
♥ You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
♥ [*] Item(s) must be returned in the same original condition as received without being worn or used, with no alterations or damage.
Providing that the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of your returned item(s)

Refunds ♥ [#] For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or Jewellery that was on SALE (Jewellery that was sold as a SPECIAL is able to be refunded). ♥ Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items. ♥ Items returned without their codes [*] etc. will not be refunded. ♥ If the item is no longer in stock we PLEASE let us know if you prefer to be refunded the cost of the items or given a voucher so you can choose something else to your liking. If you prefer to receive a refund please supply us with your details as to where you want us to place you funds because we don’t keep them after you originally place your order. |
