- Q: How long will it take to get my order after I made payment?
A: Your order normally will be posted within one to three working days. It could take up to 10 days to arrive to some parts of Australia. For international buyer it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

- Q: How long should this Jewellery last?
A: There is no set time that the jewellery will last; however with reasonable care you should have it a long time.

- Q: How do I look after my Jewellery?
A: Store your jewellery in a protected place to keep them clean. Silver items should be kept in a box or a pouch to avoid tarnishing. Things to avoid are wearing your jewellery in water, taking a bath or washing dishes and any perfumes or any products containing alcohol. The strong detergents will cause metals to tarnish and painted surfaces to fade. If necessary, gently wipe stones and beads with a moistened cloth to remove dirt, and use jewellery cleaning cloth or cleaner to polish the metal.

- Q: Is what you see is what you get?
A: Foxys Jewellery has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate color options. However, we are aware that colors and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the crystal, diamante and particularly the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

- Q: Is my Payment Secure?
A: We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. This is because: (a). When you place your order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information - including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. (b). At no time are your details held in clear text on any website. (c). No one sees your credit card number - not even us!
